I love the look and feel of this home and property. There is a new 10x12 storage building in the area of the left lower corner for storage. There is room for a garage up on the right end of the home. These are lots and blocks, not county raw bulk land. That post you see in the center of the photo marks the center of unopened and vacatable 60' street. That post is the center of the 60'. The Fence line is the East border of block 26, going north and south.
