What you see here is an arial photo of the home on Seaview Drive and the bluff. This is appx 75' down to the beach...no access, sorry on that point, but you still hear the water against the beach and you have a totally unobstructed view.

The home is basically one level living. Master Suite on the far end, the 2nd bedroom and the office.....the bonus is the entire upstairs loft and bedroom, then the gargantuous downstairs with the fully functional shop off the double car garage. That space is great as well for us who love to tinker, build or repair....built in work bench the length of the room....walled and able to walk away without anyone knowing the better. But GREAT!

What I've done is gone to the edge of the Foye and looking back across the home. See the railing on the left? That is the access to the basement, lower level with the biggest family room you can imagine. The 3/4 bath and utility are there as well. Hardwood floors...fantastic kitchen and breakfast bar. Did you notice the expansive amount of cabinetry in the kitchen?????
