Frank Espy
Frank was selected to join our team for his Corporate experience and downhome service qualities. We have found it important to provide "WOW" service to our clients here in Port Townsend and Jefferson County and our website is a vital link. Frank monitors the website throughout the day as time permits, and is responsible for that first contact with you. We have the utmost confidence in his ability to listen and to meet the needs of our clients and to keep pace with the market for you.

When possible Frank also enjoys showing properties and watching "the fit" be put together between the "Dirt and Dreams." Frank chose Real Estate Consulting because, as he says, "helping others is a passion of mine that I have developed from being in sales since I was 16 years old."

Relocating here from Georgia, Frank has found that Port Townsend is the most beautiful place to live and he wants to help every one have the opportunity to call this place home... or at least try!

Adam Espy
Following in his father's footsteps, Adam found himself in a position of watching his dad, Carol, and Anne work and interact together. He decided that his youthful perspective will be a value to his clients.

Adam relocated to Port Townsend from Georgia as well. He was smitten with the Pacific Northwest and decided to create a career in real estate as a Real Estate Consultant under the wings of our team.

He is energetic, and artful listener and willing to work hard to see that your dreams are fulfilled.

We attended a special retreat for agents who provided top sales and service awards for the company in Chicago this year. Being "movers and shakers" we toured Chicago on these Segways (oh my goodness!)

Chicago was a fabulous city and we enjoyed learning more tips and tools of the trade to serve our clients even better!
